Alex Honnold Climbs Yosemite’s El Capitan Without a Rope

On June 3rd, Alex Honnold became the first person ever to free solo climb El Capitan at Yosemite National Park, California.

Sun (male, bold, vitality, strength) conjunct Mercury (agile, speedy) conjunct Asbolus (intrepid, courageous, motivated to reach the top, mountain climbing - specifically in the face of obvious danger). Uranus (adventuresome, pioneer) trine Galactic Center (27 sa 5'52").

These hair-raising moments are the first video footage from renowned rock climber Alex Honnold’s ascent of the 3,000-foot wall of El Capitan—without a rope. The video was shot by Jimmy Chin (who also photographed the climb) for an upcoming documentary by National Geographic.

Asbolus —This Centaur insists that one always, always must follow their intuition. Typically real life circumstances demand their payment for failure to adhere to instinct. Studying intuition and psychic development feed the protocol of Asbolus. Learning augury or reading the omens and totems of life restore Asbolus-like guidance. https://zanestein.com/phil.htm
