Baby elephant thinks the man is drowning and jumps in to rescue him

Animals are more human than humans themselves and we can learn a lot from them. Recently, we came across a video of a baby elephant trying to save a man that he thought was drowning and this clip is a testimony to what we just said.

Gǃkúnǁ’hòmdímà (aardvarks, pythons, elephants, antelope) sextile Moon (emotional response) semi-square Mean Node (13 cn 53'59" Rx) opposite Great Attractor (14 sa 13'29")

The video that we are talking about was shared by Twitter user, StanceGrounded with the caption, “My heart. This baby elephant thought he was drowning and rushed to save him. We really don’t deserve them."  We couldn’t have said it better ourselves.

The now-viral video shows a herd of elephants strolling by a river, when suddenly a man appears in the frame who seems to be enjoying a swim in the water.

One of the baby elephants thinks that the man is drowning and rushes to save him. The man, though scared at first tries to swim away from the baby elephant but later realises his intention.

The baby elephant then very sweetly comes and protects the man from the current of the water and the man can be heard saying thank you to the elephant.

This is the best thing that we have seen on the internet today. It is not just us, but Twitter thinks so too.
