Cambodian jeweller Thoeun Chantha was seen in his workshop in Phnom Penh on Thursday, making jewellery out of empty bullet casing.

Chantha's decision to use bullet casings as a raw material for jewellery was taken after his father was killed during the rule of the Khmer Rouge.
"I’ve made pieces of jewellery from bullet casings because I was an orphan due to my father was killed by the Khmer Rouge in People's Republic of Kampuchea (PRK_1980s). The loss of my family made my life so difficult," he said.
