Environmental activists built a huge pyramid made of plastic waste collected from the Nile river to draw attention to water pollution and raise awareness about the importance of keeping it clean in Giza on Saturday. The initiative launched years ago, aims to support fishermen by integrating them into the cleaning system and purchasing waste from them after the fishermen participate in collecting it to contribute to improving their income, which has decreased due to the pollution of the Nile water.
