What a carve up! West Virginian Halloween house with 3,000 pumpkins gives locals a scare

Residents of Kenova, West Virginia were treated to a spooky annual tradition; a house with 3,000 carved pumpkin lanterns outside, as seen on Saturday.

Venus (ornamentation) conjunct Zhulong (light, lanterns (in nighttime shots, the lanterns are lit up)). Mercury (enthusiasm) conjunct Haumea (portraits and or caricatures (footage shows Halloween fans enjoying the display, with carvings of cartoon characters and US presidents amongst the scary faces)).

"Our daughter loves pumpkins," said one local. "There is a lot here so we bring her so she can see 'em all and look at all the different carved pumpkins and run around and have a good time."

The tradition, which began in 1978 with just a handful of pumpkins, is now a key part of the Ceredo and Kenova Autumnfest.
