Traditional wine barrel race amuses visitors in Tuscany

Locals and tourists gathered to take part in a historic and iconic 'barrel race' in Montepulciano, Italy, where the participants must roll wine casks around the village in the fastest time possible. The barrels weigh approximately 80 kilograms and must be maneuvered along a route within the town’s historic center that spans nearly two kilometers.
