Moscow submerged as heavy rains hit the city

Citizens of the Russian capital are sharing videos on social media showing Moscow's harsh weather conditions. Some people can be seen swimming to their homes as they park (or better yet, dock) their cars. Others are trying to play 'floor is water' while on a bus, and some are attempting to prevent their apartments from flooding as water starts to gush out of electrical sockets.
