Russia launches tech initiative for Kenyan children

Moscow is launching a technology initiative in Kenya aimed at providing computers to the country’s most underprivileged schools. The Russian Children’s Rights Commissioner is spearheading the project and says she’s committed to boosting IT literacy across the African continent.
